Common Octopus (Octopus vulgaris) Pulpo Gemeiner Krake
Secretive, inquisitive, friendly, the octopus is a friendly and popular attraction on our dives. Usually hiding in a nest or hole during the day, they are more active at night when they can be surprised anywhere while they are out hunting. Their ability to change their body colour to blend into a background, or to squeeze into inaccessible corners has delighted many divers.
